1. Count how many lines there are on your Bank Statements 2. Add the total number of lines on any Credit Card statements you need us to analyse 3. If you want us to schedule your sales invoices count how many 4. If you want us to schedule your purchase invoices count how many 5. Calculate total, then multiply by 0.4 (for VAT registered, or 0.3 for non VAT registered) to calculate what our bill will be; 6. Include cheque with order TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Spreadsheets Ltd will calculate how many transactions are actually required to be listed and will invoice for this total. Any overpayment will be refunded, any balance is payable on receipt by the client of our work and invoice. 2. Reasonable enquiries will be made of the customer if any records are missing or indistinct. Attention will be drawn to any remaining queries which it will be the responsibility of the Customer to resolve. 3. Spreadsheets Ltd will retain a copy of its workings to provide the customer with a backup and to resolve any dispute about the work done. 4. Spreadsheets Ltd will not engage in any advice about taxation or accountancy matters. |
